Add a physical product
What is this?
Create a product listing with photos, a price in your store currency and optional stock tracking.
Step-by-step
Open Listings
Tap Listings in the bottom nav, or your listings page (for example Products) in the desktop sidebar.
Tap Add product
Tap Add product at the top of the page. The button follows your shop, for example Add menu item for a bakery.
Add photos
In Photos, tap Add photos and pick up to 10. The first photo is the storefront cover.
Get AI help (optional)
Still in Photos, tap Suggest title & description (AI) to draft the title and description from your first photo.
Fill in Details
In Details, keep Physical product selected, then enter Title, an optional Description, Category and Subcategory.
Set the price
In Price, leave Pricing on Fixed Price and enter the Price. Prices are in your store currency, shown in the field.
Track stock (optional)
In Stock & unit, turn on Track stock and enter how many are In stock so the listing stops selling when it runs out. It shows while Availability is Available Now and needs the Starter, Basic or Pro plan.
Set Status to Active
In the save bar at the bottom, change Status from Draft to Active.
Save
Tap Save product. The listing shows on your storefront once your store is published.
