Set delivery areas and fees
What is this?
Choose a flat local fee or a fee by distance, and limit where you deliver if you need to.
Step-by-step
Open the Delivery tab
Open Store profile from the sidebar. On a phone, tap Dashboard → Open menu → Store profile. Then tap the Delivery tab.
Choose delivery mode
Under How do customers get orders?, pick Local delivery (flat nearby fee) or Fee by distance (fee from map distance).
Set prep time
Just below, enter Prep time (minutes), e.g. 30, so customers know when orders will be ready.
Set the local fee
For Local delivery, under What do nearby customers pay?, enter Local delivery fee (in your store currency).
Set distance-based fees
For Fee by distance, enter Starting fee and Per kilometer (Per mile for US stores).
Choose when the fee is paid
Turn on Include delivery fee in pay now to collect it at checkout. When off, customers pay the fee on delivery.
Limit where you deliver (optional)
Open More delivery options → Where is local delivery? and add provinces, cities or barangays (Philippine stores). Leave it empty to deliver anywhere nearby.
Save delivery
Tap Save delivery in the bar at the bottom.
