Add pickup locations and instructions
What is this?
Tell customers exactly where to pick up orders and what to know before they come.
Step-by-step
Open the Delivery tab
Open Store profile from the sidebar. On a phone, tap Dashboard → Open menu → Store profile. Then tap the Delivery tab.
Find the pickup section
With Pickup only selected, it is Where can customers pick up?. If you also deliver, open More delivery options → Can customers pick up at your shop?.
Add a pickup location
Tap + Add pickup location.
Fill location details
Enter Location name and Street address (or tap Copy shop address), set the pin, and keep Active checked. Repeat for more locations.
Add a note (optional)
Open Anything else customers should know? and fill in Note for customers (optional), e.g. a landmark or "Call before arrival".
Save delivery
Tap Save delivery. Customers see your pickup point at checkout when they choose pickup.
