Add pickup locations and instructions
What is this?
Tell customers exactly where and when to pick up orders.
Step-by-step
Open Delivery tab
Tap Store → Delivery tab.
Enable pickup
Under How do customers get orders?, select Pickup only, or combine pickup with delivery modes.
Add a pickup location
Scroll to Pickup locations (under More options if collapsed). Tap Add pickup location.
Fill location details
Enter Location name, Street address, and check Active pickup point. Repeat for multiple locations.
Add delivery notes (optional)
In Delivery notes, add instructions for riders or customers (e.g. gate code, landmark).
Save delivery settings
Tap Save delivery settings. Customers see Store location at checkout when they choose Pickup.
