What is this?
Sign back in with your verified mobile number, OTP, or passkey to manage your store.
Step-by-step
Go to Sign in
Open /signin from the homepage or Help Center header.
Enter your mobile number
Use the same Philippine mobile number you verified during onboarding or in Security settings.
Verify with OTP
Enter the one-time code sent to your phone. Never share your OTP with anyone, including support.
Use a passkey (optional)
If you set up a passkey in Security settings, you can sign in faster on supported devices.
Team members sign in separately
Invited team members use their own phone number after accepting the invite at /team/accept.
