Configure SMS alerts for orders
What is this?
Choose which order events send a text to your customer or to you.
Step-by-step
Open SMS notifications
Go to Settings → SMS notifications (`/app/settings/notifications`).
Find your section
You see the section for your store type: Product orders, Service requests or Room rentals & staycations.
Texts to customers
For each event (e.g. Order submitted, Ready for pickup, Completed), turn the switch in the Customer column on or off.
Texts to you
Turn on the switch in the You column for events you want sent to your mobile number.
Preview a text
Tap Preview on an event to see the message sent to the customer and to you.
Check SMS credits
A text to a Philippine number uses 1 credit. Where texting US and Canadian numbers is on, a text to one uses 2 credits. The SMS credits card shows what is left; tap Get more to buy a pack.
