Configure SMS alerts for orders

What is this?

Choose which order events send SMS to you or customers.

Open SMS Notifications
Tap Tools → Settings → SMS Notifications (`/app/settings/notifications`).
Find your order type section
Scroll to Product orders, Service requests, or Room rentals & staycations depending on your store.
Toggle Text customer
For each event (e.g. Order submitted, Ready for pickup, Completed), turn Text customer on or off.
Toggle Text me
Turn Text me on for events you want sent to your verified mobile number (e.g. Order submitted).
Confirm SMS credits
SMS uses credits from Tools → Credits & add-ons → Communication (SMS). Buy packs if alerts stop sending.
