Add a property lease listing
What is this?
List condos or apartments with lease months, advance rent, and tenant checkout.
Step-by-step
Add a rental listing
Tap Listings → + Add rental, then choose a property rental category (condo, apartment, etc.).
Fill Property details
In Property details, enter Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Floor area (sqm), Parking slots, and Minimum lease (months) / Maximum lease (months).
Set furnishing and rules
Choose Furnishing and check Utilities included, Pets allowed, or No pets as applicable.
Configure move-in payment
Set Move-in payment at checkout options (advance rent, deposit) shown to applicants.
Set monthly rent
Enter Monthly rent in Rental pricing.
Activate
Set Listing status to Active and tap Save rental. Shoppers submit a Submit application at checkout; you approve from Orders.
