Add a property lease listing
What is this?
List a condo, apartment or house for long-term lease with monthly rent and move-in payments.
Step-by-step
Add a rental
Tap Listings → Add rental. In Details, set Category to Property for rent and pick a Subcategory such as Condo for rent or House for rent.
Fill in Property
In Property, enter Bedrooms, Bathrooms, floor area (Floor area (sqm), or sq ft for US stores), Parking slots, Minimum lease (months) and Maximum lease (months).
Set furnishing and rules
Choose Furnishing and tick Utilities included, Pets allowed or No pets as they apply.
Set move-in payments
Under Move-in payment at checkout, pick a Checkout amount mode and set the advance rent, security deposit or holding deposit applicants pay.
Set the monthly rent
In Price, enter the Base price and check that Charged is per month (the default for property).
Activate and save
In the save bar, set Status to Active, then tap Save rental.
Review applications
Applicants tap Submit application at checkout. Approve them from Bookings after ticking every item on the Approval checklist.
