Invite team members
What is this?
On the Pro plan, add people who help with orders, listings or settings.
Step-by-step
Open Team settings
Go to Settings → Team (`/app/settings/team`). Team access is a Pro plan feature; on other plans the page asks you to upgrade.
Fill in the invite
In Invite someone, enter the person's Name and Mobile number. Pick their country in the number field if they are outside the Philippines.
Choose a role
Pick a Role: Admin, Manager or Staff. See the roles guide for what each one can do.
Send the invite
Tap Invite member. A Philippine number gets the invite code by text. For a number abroad, tap Copy code or Copy accept link and send it yourself; they accept signed in with Google.
Manage invites and members
Pending people show under Members. Tap Resend SMS if the text didn't arrive, Revoke invite to cancel it, or Remove to take away a member's access. Change an active member's role from the menu next to their name.
