Step-by-step
Admin
Full access — settings, team, listings, orders, and payment verification.
Manager
Can manage orders, listings, and verify payments. Cannot manage team or all settings.
Staff
View-only for orders and team — good for fulfillment helpers.
Assign roles on invite
Choose the role when sending an invite from Team settings → Invite member.
