Why it matters
Shoppers need contact info for order questions — this is required to publish.
Step-by-step
Open Store profile
Go to /app/store.
Add a support email
Enter an email you check regularly under Customer contact.
Or show your phone
Alternatively, enable Show my number on the storefront if you prefer phone support.
Save and preview
View your public shop to confirm contact info appears.
