Verify your phone number
What is this?
Confirm your mobile number in Security settings so you can sign in and receive order alerts.
Why it matters
Unverified phones block publishing and prevent SMS notifications for new orders.
Step-by-step
Open Security settings
From the seller app, go to Settings → Security (/app/settings/security).
Check verification status
Look for a verified badge next to your mobile number. If unverified, tap Verify or Reverify.
Request an OTP
Tap Send code. Folivo texts a one-time password to your number.
Enter the OTP
Type the code within the time limit. Tap Resend if needed.
Confirm on the checklist
Return to Home — Verify phone number should show as complete on the go-live checklist.
