Walk through the go-live wizard

What is this?

Use the step-by-step Go live wizard to finish required store setup and review before publishing.

The wizard walks you through each publish requirement in order with time estimates.

Open Go live
From Home or Tools, tap Go live (/app/go-live).
Store name
Set a custom business name — not the default Shop ####.
Customer contact
Add support email or show phone on storefront.
Business address & map pin
Complete address fields and place the pin.
Pickup & delivery (product stores)
Enable fulfillment and fees. Skipped for service/rental-only stores.
Hours & category
Set opening hours and business category.
Payment methods
Add GCash, Maya, bank, or QR — not cash alone.
Active listing
Confirm at least one listing is active.
Review & publish
Review summary, then publish from the wizard or dashboard.
