Choose your business category
What is this?
Select the category that best describes your business for Discover and search.
Why it matters
Category helps customers find you in search and local browse pages, and it is required to publish.
Step-by-step
Open Store profile
Open Store profile from the sidebar. On a phone, tap Dashboard → Open menu → Store profile.
Find Business category
On the Profile tab, Business category is in the top card, under Shop name and Your shop link.
Pick the closest match
Open the list and choose a category, or search for one. Only categories for your store type are listed. Nothing fits? Choose Other and type it under Your category.
Save changes
Tap Save changes. The checklist marks the category done.
