Add opening hours
What is this?
Tell customers when you're open for orders, pickup or visits; stays set check-in times on each listing instead.
Why it matters
Hours set expectations, power the "Open now" badge and reduce messages asking when you're available.
Step-by-step
Open Store profile
Open Store profile from the sidebar. On a phone, tap Dashboard → Open menu → Store profile.
Product and service stores
On the Profile tab, in Contact & location, open Opening hours and set your days and times.
Item rental stores
On the Fulfillment tab, open When is pickup available? and set when customers can pick up and return items.
Staycation and venue stores
Skip shop hours. Check-in and check-out times are set on each stay: tap Set times on a listing.
Save
Tap Save changes (on the Fulfillment tab, Save delivery). The checklist marks hours done when your store type needs them.
