Set lease or rental terms on listings
What is this?
Set the minimum stay, deposit, lease months and how you charge on rental listings.
Why it matters
Clear terms prevent disputes and unlock property lease checkout flows.
Step-by-step
Open the rental
Go to Listings, tap a rental listing, then tap the edit button (for example Edit rental).
Short-term rentals
In Price, choose how you are Charged (per day, per night and so on), then set the minimum days or nights and Deposit %.
Property leases
For condos or apartments, open Property and set Minimum lease (months), Advance rent (months) and Security deposit (months).
Save and activate
Save the listing and make sure it is active.
