Set up how customers pay you
What is this?
Add at least one active payment method besides cash, such as GCash, a bank, PayPal or a payment link.
Why it matters
Cash alone does not satisfy the publish requirement; any active method that is not cash does.
Step-by-step
Open Payment settings
Open Store profile → Payment tab (`/app/store?tab=payment`). Below Where you do business, Store currency and Tax on your sales, your methods are listed under Ways to pay.
Add a payment method
Tap + Add online method and pick one under Payment type. Philippine stores see Philippines (GCash, Maya, Bank Transfer, QRPh), International — for clients paying in US dollars (PayPal, Wise and more) and Other (Payment Link, Cash). Stores in other countries see bank and online options instead.
Fill in Account details
Under Account details, enter the account name and number, email or link the method asks for, plus an optional QR image.
Write customer instructions
In Instructions for customer, tell buyers what reference to use (order number or full name) and when to upload proof.
Set the Active checkbox
Under Customer instructions & checkout, check Active so the method appears on the payment selection screen during checkout. Unchecked methods are hidden from customers.
Set Show at checkout (online methods)
Check Show at checkout to display account numbers, QR codes and receipt upload on the checkout page before the order is placed. Leave it off if you only want details on the order tracking page after checkout.
Set receipt rules (online methods)
Check Require receipt upload before order placement when customers must attach a payment screenshot for an amount due at checkout before they can place the order. Checkout does not request a receipt when payment is due later. For GCash with both Show at checkout and receipt required, you can also check Require valid GCash receipt scan before order placement to run automated reference/number checks. Both receipt checkboxes are Pro features; on other plans they stay off.
Save and check the row
Tap Add payment method (or Save payment method when editing); it saves right away. Under Ways to pay, the method's switch is on, and a note under its name says Off at checkout, Details hidden at checkout or Receipt required when one applies. Checkout uses the same Receipt required label.
