Set up payment methods (GCash, Maya, bank, QR)
What is this?
Add at least one active online payment method besides cash so customers can pay you digitally.
Why it matters
Cash alone does not satisfy the publish gate — you need GCash, Maya, bank transfer, or QR.
Step-by-step
Open Payment settings
Tap Store → Payment tab (`/app/store?tab=payment`). The heading reads How can customers pay you?
Add a payment method
Tap + Add online method, choose a type (GCash, Maya, Bank Transfer, QRPh, or Payment Link), then fill in Account details — account name, number, and optional QR image.
Write customer instructions
In Instructions for customer, tell buyers what reference to use (order number or full name) and when to upload proof.
Set the Active checkbox
Under Customer instructions & checkout, check Active so the method appears on the payment selection screen during checkout. Unchecked methods are hidden from customers.
Set Show at checkout (online methods)
Check Show at checkout to display GCash/Maya numbers, QR codes, and receipt upload on the checkout page before the order is placed. Leave it off if you only want details on the order tracking page after checkout.
Set receipt rules (online methods)
Check Require receipt upload before order placement when customers must attach a payment screenshot on checkout before they can place the order. For GCash with both Show at checkout and receipt required, you can also check Require valid GCash receipt scan before order placement to run automated reference/number checks.
Save and confirm badges
Tap Add payment method or Save payment methods. Each saved row should show badges like Active, Shown at checkout, and Receipt before order or Receipt optional.
