Set up webhooks and API keys
What is this?
On the Pro plan, connect your own systems with API keys and webhook endpoints.
Step-by-step
Open API keys
Go to Settings → Developer tools → API keys (`/app/settings/api-credentials`). API keys and webhooks are Pro plan features.
Create a key
In Create a key, enter a Name, tick the Access you need (Read orders, Read products, Read analytics) and tap Create credential. Copy the Secret key right away; it is shown only once.
Rotate or revoke keys
Under Keys, tap Rotate to replace a key that may have leaked, or Revoke to cut off its access.
Add a webhook endpoint
Go to Settings → Developer tools → Webhooks. In Add an endpoint, enter a Name and URL, tick the Events (Order created, Order status changed) and tap Create endpoint. Save the Signing secret to check events on your side.
Watch deliveries
Check Recent deliveries for each event sent. Tap Replay on a failed one to send it again, or Delete to remove an endpoint you no longer need.
