Check order alerts and activity
What is this?
Stay on top of alerts for orders, billing and your account in the Activity inbox.
Step-by-step
Open Activity
On a computer, tap Activity in the top bar. On a phone, go to Dashboard → Open menu → Activity (`/app/notifications`). The page is called Activity inbox.
Read unread items
Unread alerts are shown in bold.
Mark one as read
Tap Mark read on an alert after you've handled it.
Mark all read
In the Unread card, tap Mark all read to clear the inbox.
Adjust SMS alerts
In the SMS messages card, tap Open to choose which events text you or your customers.
