What is this?
Answer quote requests and questions before customers place an order.
Step-by-step
Open Inquiries
Tap Tools → Inquiries (`/app/inquiries`).
Read the inquiry
Each card shows customer name, phone (tap to call), listing name, message, and status badge.
Contact the customer
Tap the phone number to call, or reply via your preferred channel using the details shown.
Mark contacted
After reaching out, tap Mark contacted while status is new.
Close the inquiry
When resolved (customer ordered or no longer interested), tap Close.
