Read and reply to customer reviews

Build trust by answering feedback on your store.
Step-by-step
Open Reviews
Tap Reviews in the sidebar (`/app/reviews`). On a phone, go to Dashboard → Open menu → Reviews.
Find the review
Reviews waiting for an answer are listed under Waiting for your reply. All reviews from completed orders are below.
Tap Reply
On a review without a response, tap Reply. To change your answer, tap Edit reply.
Write your response
Type your reply in Write your reply. Keep it polite and answer the customer's points.
Save reply
Tap Save reply. Your answer shows publicly on your storefront. Tap Cancel to discard it.
