Read and reply to customer reviews

Build trust by responding to feedback on your store.
Step-by-step
Open Reviews
Tap Tools → Reviews (`/app/reviews`).
Find the review
Scroll the list of customer feedback from completed orders.
Tap Reply
On a review without a response, tap Reply. To change an existing response, tap Edit reply.
Write your response
Type your reply in the text area. Keep it professional and address the customer's points.
Save reply
Tap Save reply. Your response appears publicly on your storefront. Tap Cancel to discard.
