View store followers and their orders
What is this?
See who follows your store, their order history and your private notes about them.
Step-by-step
Open Followers
Tap Followers in the sidebar (`/app/customers`). On a phone, go to Dashboard → Open menu → Followers.
Browse the list
Each row shows the follower's name, phone, the date they followed and how many orders they placed.
Open a customer
Tap a row to open that customer and their full order history.
Add private notes
Under Private to you, add Notes and Tags (separate with commas, up to 10), then tap Save. Customers never see these.
Respect opt-outs
If a customer asked not to get promotions, tick Opted out of marketing and tap Save. Order updates still reach them, unless they turned order updates off in their own Folivo settings.
