Prepare packages and update status when handed to courier or rider.
Step-by-step
Verify payment first
For online payment, Approve payment in Payment receipt review before packing.
Review delivery address
In Where should this go?, confirm the customer's Delivery address and Delivery fee.
Mark Preparing
Tap Mark Preparing when you start packing.
Arrange delivery
Tap Mark Delivery being arranged or Mark Out for delivery when the rider or courier has the package.
Complete
After the customer receives the order, tap Mark Completed.
