Pack and ship delivery orders

What is this?

Prepare packages, add tracking when you ship at your own rates, and update the status until delivered.

Approve payment first
For online payments, tap Approve payment in Payment receipt review before you pack.
Check the address
In Where should this go?, check the customer's address and the delivery fee.
Start preparing
Tap Mark Preparing when you start packing.
Add tracking (own shipping rates)
If you ship at your own rates, enter Carrier (optional) and the Tracking link, then tap Save tracking. The customer sees it on their order page.
Send it out
Tap Mark Delivery being arranged while you book a rider, then Mark Out for delivery when it's on the way.
Complete
After the customer receives it, tap Mark Completed.
