What is this?
Check GCash, Maya, or bank transfer proofs before fulfilling online-paid orders.
Step-by-step
Open Orders
Tap Orders and filter for orders awaiting payment verification, or use Needs action.
Open the order
Tap the order. Scroll to Payment receipt review.
View the screenshot
Tap the uploaded proof. Confirm the amount, date, sender name, and reference number match your payment method details.
Approve or reject
Tap Approve payment if correct. Tap Reject payment and add a Reject note (optional) if amount or reference is wrong.
Fulfill after approval
After Approve payment, digital downloads unlock and you can move the order to Preparing or the next fulfillment status.
