Move orders through statuses
What is this?
Update order status as you prepare, ship, or complete each order.
Step-by-step
Open the order
Tap Orders → select the order you are working on.
Check current progress
Read the Progress stepper at the top (e.g. Confirmed → Preparing → Ready for pickup).
Tap the next status
In What should you do next?, tap the next button — e.g. Mark Preparing, Mark Ready for pickup, Mark Out for delivery, Mark Completed.
Add a timeline note
Optionally fill Note for next update (optional) before tapping the status button.
Cancel if needed
Use Reject request or Mark cancelled only when you cannot fulfill — the customer sees this on their tracking page.
