Move orders through statuses

What is this?

Update the status as you prepare, ship, hand off or complete each order.

Open the order
Open Orders and tap the order you're working on.
Check the progress
Read the current status and progress steps at the top, for example Confirmed → Preparing → Ready for pickup.
Add a note (optional)
In What should you do next?, tap Add a note for the timeline and type a message. It is sent with the status change you make next.
Tap the next status
Tap the next button, such as Mark Preparing, Mark Ready for pickup, Mark Out for delivery or Mark Completed.
Cancel only if needed
Under Can't go ahead?, tap Mark cancelled (service requests also have Reject request), then confirm with Yes, cancel or Yes, reject. The customer sees this on their order page.
