Prepare and hand off pickup orders
What is this?
Get pickup orders ready and mark them collected when the customer arrives.
Step-by-step
Confirm the order
Open the pickup order and tap Mark Confirmed after reviewing items and payment.
Prepare items
Tap Mark Preparing when you start packing. Check Order notes and photos from the customer if they added special instructions.
Mark ready
When packed, tap Mark Ready for pickup. The customer gets an SMS if you enabled Ready for pickup alerts.
Hand off at pickup location
Verify the customer's name and order number against your pickup location instructions.
Complete the order
After handoff, tap Mark Completed.
