Prepare and hand off pickup orders
What is this?
Get pickup orders ready and mark them completed when the customer collects them.
Step-by-step
Confirm the order
Open the pickup order and tap Mark Confirmed after checking the items and payment.
Check customer requests
Read Customer notes and, if the customer attached photos, Any photos attached? for special instructions.
Start preparing
Tap Mark Preparing when you start packing.
Mark ready
When it's packed, tap Mark Ready for pickup. The customer gets a text if that alert is on in Settings → SMS notifications (1 SMS credit per text to a Philippine number, 2 to a US or Canadian number).
Hand it over
Check the customer's name and order number when they arrive.
Complete the order
After the handoff, tap Mark Completed.
