Manage service bookings and schedules
What is this?
Track service appointments from booking through completion.
Step-by-step
Open Requests
Tap Requests (service stores) or filter Orders by Services.
Review request details
Open the request. Read Preferred date & time, Service location, and Service details (customer intake answers).
Confirm or quote
For fixed-price services, tap Confirm request. For custom quotes, enter Quoted service total (PHP) and tap the quote action.
Schedule the visit
Enter Confirmed date & time (required for Scheduled) and optional Assigned resource, then tap Mark Scheduled.
Complete the job
Progress through In progress → Completed using the Mark … buttons.
