Manage leases and rent periods

What is this?

Create a lease from an approved property application, then follow its rent periods and payments.

Create the lease
Open the approved property application in Bookings. Under Recurring rent, tap Create lease from order.
Open Rent leases
On that order, tap View leases. You can also tap Leases in the desktop sidebar, or on a phone open Dashboard → menu button → Leases.
Open a lease
Tap a lease to see the tenant, rent (in the lease's currency), lease dates and Pay link.
Follow rent periods
Under Rent periods, check each period's due date, amount and status.
Review rent proofs
When a tenant uploads proof, it shows under Pending rent proof. Tap Approve rent or Reject rent.
