Manage leases and rent periods
What is this?
View long-term leases and rent billing periods for property rentals.
Step-by-step
Open Leases
Tap Tools → Leases (`/app/leases`). Page title: Rent leases.
Create from approved order
If no lease yet: open the approved property rental order → tap Create lease from order in the actions section.
View lease details
Tap a lease row to open tenant name, monthly rent, status, and pay link.
Track rent periods
Review each billing period and whether rent has been paid.
Send pay link
Share the tenant Pay rent link (`/pay-rent/...`) shown on the lease for recurring payments.
