Manage rental pickup and return
What is this?
Take a rental booking from approval and payment through handoff and return.
Step-by-step
Open Bookings
Tap Bookings in the bottom nav (or the desktop sidebar) and open the booking.
Check the dates
Under Booking details, check Rental starts and Return by, plus the deposit.
Approve or reject
Tap Approve booking, or Reject booking if the dates or terms don't work. Property applications need every item on the Approval checklist ticked first.
Confirm payment
After checking the deposit or full payment, tap Confirm payment received.
Handoff and return
Use the buttons under Next steps to move through pickup, the active rental and the return. For item rentals, tick the Release checklist on handoff day and tap Save checklist.
