Manage rental pickup and return
What is this?
Track rental periods from handoff through return and deposit release.
Step-by-step
Open Bookings
Tap Bookings (rental stores) or filter Orders by Rentals.
Review rental dates
Open the booking. Check Rental period start/end dates and deposit amount.
Approve the booking
Tap Approve booking for new requests. Use Reject booking if dates or terms don't work.
Confirm payment
After verifying deposit or full payment, tap Confirm payment received.
Track handoff and return
Use Next steps buttons to progress through pickup, active rental, and return. Complete the Release checklist before releasing deposit.
