Send and confirm custom quotes
What is this?
Price a custom service request and get the client's approval before work starts.
Step-by-step
Find quote requests
Open Requests and tap the Needs action tile, or the Awaiting provider review status chip.
Read the requirements
Open the request and read What did the client ask for?, the intake answers and any photos.
Enter your quote
In What should you do next?, enter the amount in Quoted service total (in your store currency).
Send it
Tap Mark Quote sent. The client sees Accept quote and Decline quote on their order page.
Confirm after acceptance
When the client accepts, open the request and tap Confirm request, then schedule it with Confirmed date & time.
