Send and confirm custom quotes
What is this?
Provide pricing for custom services and get customer approval before work starts.
Step-by-step
Open the quote request
Tap Orders / Requests → filter Pending quote or use Needs action.
Read customer requirements
Review Request details, intake fields, and any photos attached to the request.
Enter quoted total
In the quote section, enter Quoted service total (PHP) based on scope.
Send the quote
Tap the action to mark the request as Quoted. The customer sees Accept quote / Decline quote on their tracking page.
Confirm after acceptance
When the customer accepts, open the order and tap Confirm request, then schedule with Confirmed date & time.
