Send a tenant rent payment link
What is this?
Share a pay-rent link so tenants can submit rent through Folivo.
Step-by-step
Open Leases
Tap Tools → Leases.
Select the lease
Tap the tenant's lease row to open lease detail.
Copy the pay link
Find the pay-rent URL (format `/pay-rent/[token]`) on the lease page. Tap copy or share.
Send to tenant
Message the link via SMS, Messenger, or email. Include the rent period and amount due.
Verify payment
When the tenant pays and uploads proof, review it on the lease or linked order and mark payment confirmed.
