Record laundry amount after collection
What is this?
Collect the load, record the actual kilos or item count back at the shop, then wash. Customers pay online, or cash at pickup or return.
Step-by-step
Open the laundry request
Open Requests and tap the laundry order. Use its laundry steps, not the general service buttons.
Collect the laundry
For shop pickup, choose the window under Confirm collection window and tap Confirm pickup, then tap Laundry collected under Next steps. The driver weighs on site without the app.
Record the measured amount
Back at the shop, enter the actual kg or item count for each line under Record amount. Keep or adjust the add-ons, optionally paste a Scale photo or weight slip URL (optional), then tap Record amount.
Record cash or wait for online payment
If the driver collected cash, tap Mark paid — pickup or Mark paid — return. Otherwise the customer can pay online from their order page.
Wash, return and complete
Tap In the wash, then Ready. If you deliver, use Schedule return, then Out for return when your driver leaves. Tap Completed last; it needs the payment recorded first.
